The Gods are mighty and powerful. They carved the world from its lowest caverns to its mightiest mountains. The shadow of the Gods grants gifts in the form of Apostles; weapons for their chosen to battle it out for their entertainment. For as mighty and powerful as the Gods are, they are spiteful, fickle beings. Willing to destroy the faithful for nothing more than an idle whim.

Micheal, once scorned by the Gods, denies their gifts. Living at an orphanage, Micheal vows to kill each and every one of the Gods and their children. using the gifts of the elder Gods, those that came before, he will ascend to the land of the divine, and massacre them all.
