Current Novel Status

I am starting a big overhaul of my novels upon entering the year 2023. Slight rewriting of style upon getting more familiar with the writing itself. Thus, down below, you may see new additional, or improved grammar beside the Status of Book 1, and Book 2. It goes from 0 and upwards. I haven't touched the earliest chapters since releasing them 4 months ago, so there may be significant improvements, but I will let you, the readers, be the judge of that.

Book 1/ Arc 1 - done at 62 Chapters [re-edit 5 so far]

Book 2/ Arc 2 - DONE! at 66 Chapters

Book 3/ Arc 3 - ongoing

Survival of humanity depends upon the Walkers - Abnormal humans with Emblem in their bodies.

Current schedule - 2 chapters a week. The days aren't decided. Some days through Monday and Friday. 2000+ words

Attributes for the story - The point of interest is a complete beginner of the System I am building around the apocalypse. Federation will be a significant start of Wiliam's experiences, thus a bit of slice of life in the 22nd century after the apocalypse is going on for a long time, will appear. The story's perspective is upon this young Walker. Following and progression in the path of the System and Emblem will take some time to develop.

The beginning arc is the first step, and the second is a training arc for his future.

That is about what I found important. The story may appear slow-paced, but it goes alongside my style. I took some inspiration for this apocalypse fantasy from Solo Leveling and a few other things I've read.

There won't be a time-loop, sci-fi, or harem.

The novel will focus on character growth, and not only on William alone. Shifts in POVs will happen a little in arcs 1 and 2. In the 3rd, there will be more shifts to discover more Walkers.

The story will include quite a ride over the worldbuilding aspect and apocalypse in the 1st arc. The world of humanity is a destroyed world of Earth.

Genres? dark, but not crazy dark world - a slice of life - military - survival - Progression - rise to power- Rank progression.

The aspect of the system and LITRP elements will stand out after the 1st arc, which is 62 chapters long. Then, the System and major headache of figuring out the LIRTP and System begin. So is the Academy and issue what William has to figure out.
