Ari has been fighting in this twisted game for as long as he can remember, so long that the individual rounds are starting to blur together. When humanity loses, and he has to go back to the start as the final survivor, he knows he can't be strong enough to carry the human race on his own.

He's going to have to give humanity the tools they need to survive. If he can't, they're all going to end up erased.

My tribute to Master Hunter K by From Hell. I've always wondered what that story would look like if the main character wasn't a gifted combatant, but had to save everyone anyway. So, I decided to try and write it.

This story will be much slower paced than the story that inspired it, and that's a feature, not a bug. My challenge will be making it compelling anyway.
