Welcome to Arcadia, a city-state built on a hill where travelers from the four corners of the world stop to supply themselves with the finest crafts.

The Sentinels, a group of elite guardians, are tasked with safekeeping Arcadia from outside threats. They wield the infamous Cypher Tantō, a weapon of a thousand configurations that binds with its user after he or she discovers its unique form.
