Frank has had enough of superhuman street fights in his neighbourhood. The best that he's been able to do is support his local community with repair projects and sell commercial goods of anti-supe tech and illegal genetic samples, scans and video footage to fund it.
He just wants to help people in need. His only friend is Benny, a religious follower of a powerful superhuman who calls herself an electrical goddess and is worshipped through the city while supplying it with energy.
The thing is he's only human.
Frank needs to wake up before he can change the situation.
