Unsuspecting darkness loomed over the land of Dir'lunde. A curse haunts over this land, its origins are unknown. In a fight to control a major continent, dark wizards look to use their forbidden magic; even amassing demonic forces to fight by their side.

In the Arbor Hills located in the Southern regions of Dir'lunde, lies a great city named Talimdryl. Prince Saryn, his trusted allies, and the initiates seek out a ruined temple of his great grandfather after being informed that he may have been affected by the curse. A great evil lies within the shadows, awaiting their arrival. Forcing the future king to disappear without a trace.

With the disappearance of their beloved prince, Selene and Beleryn go to great lengths to find him, but are faced with many challenges along the way. They finally find him as he was about to be executed for crimes against the dwarves of Dhon Varlorn. After being released, he knew that time was against him, Saryn wanted to marry his love, Selene, even with the impending war knocking at his doorstep. Upon their arrival to Talimdryl, evil eagerly awaited the group with death and decay.

With the king gone and Saryn framed for his father's death, information about the truth came swiftly. Forcing him to finally wage war against the great evil and its constituents that wants to control all of Dir'lunde. Acquiring and leading a vast army of various races, he led them into their final battle. The tide of war sided with the prince until Zineus, the infamous dark wizard, reigned hell on the land after his resurrection. In one final effort, Selene is challenged to a magical duel against the dark wizard. Realizing who she really is, Zineus is vanquished. Zineus' own apprentice had plans of her own. Stealing his soul and hexing Selene, forcing her in a magical coma; leaving through a portal with her gravely injured ally.

Saryn vowed to find the ones responsible, doing whatever he could in order to find them. He is met with Chronos, God of Time and Space and is told that they traveled to the future. Knowing that this is the only way, Saryn agreed to travel into the unknown to bring them back. What waited for him was more than he could ever imagine.
