'Fate isn't static; it's a constantly moving, intangible force'

Malik is a story about perceptions, and about how one man's perception of himself and his ultimate fate, can be changed in a short amount of time. Malik begins the story as a prisoner in the Kalm prison Mines. He is very pragmatic about himself and his believed fate. But as the story progresses and his circumstances change, Malik finds it necessary to re-evaluate his beliefs and those things he knows about himself.

The 'Chosen one' prophesied to kill and end his reign of terror stalks him. As Grey narrows in on his quarry, it becomes more and more difficult for Malik to outwit him and stay one step ahead.

But who is evil and who is good, becomes blurred. NOTE: Contains strong language and violence!

I wrote this some time ago (maybe 8 years) and thought I would post it.
