Growing up in a small city, Leo was oblivious to the outside world and what it had in store. After moving out to a greater city, he comes across a beautiful girl with red hair, and flames coming out of her hands. After telling his parents about what he had just seen, they drop a bombshell of information that changes everything.

Leo beings his journey of self discovery after learning he could do the same. He gets closer to the girl and joins her club of of Ability disabled girls, as they try their best to get control of their potent powers while balancing it out with their school life.
