Somewhere past the end of the universe, after reality itself has begun to unwind, there survives a single bastion of humanity - a city protected by the Boundary, a magitech shield that is all that stands between them and the end of reality itself. Venturers provide for the city, going past the Boundary to scavenge what limited resources remain.
But the city is slowly dying. Now it's Layla and Gerard's turn to be Venturers. It's their turn to try to find a solution that can fix everything once and for all.
They hope.
