Humanity has fallen and it's been gone for a long time, but their creations haven't followed.

Machines still roam the world as if nothing has happened, production has been maintained, ores are being mined, plastics are synthetized, large swathes of wildlife are devastated everyday for their resources. Artificial life goes on.

Just how much of humanity is left in this kind of world? Is what's left even human? Does it even matter?

Eventially a better question comes up: just how far could a machine go if it wanted to "survive"?
