What is Progress?

In a world full of choice and consequence, how can one say which path is forwards and which is stagnation?

For Roman, the answer is crystal clear. Which ever path keeps him one step ahead of the hordes of bandits, wolves and cannibals is progress.

He may not have magical powers, martial arts skills or long- distance vision, but he does have a Quest: Save the Nornwood. And he'll give it everything he's got, however much that might be.

The only question is, who's going to save him?
