Sal Ieong woke up in the 31st century in the body of Shey Lin, the Head of the Department of Tactical Operations (DTO) from Themis, an Earth-Lunar government based in a space station.

Sal discovered Shey was being hunted and Sal's soul was fused with Shey. Sal had to learn what Shey could do in order to survive. Sal sought help from a brilliant scientist Dr. Nur Yun, and AJ, Shey's brooding partner in DTO.

Sal was now stuck in the future with two souls in her head, and in a world of large-scale slavery on the brink of war with Mars. Her two souls fell in love with two men, Nur and AJ. And falling in love meant she was fulfilling her destiny to be the legendary Liberator.
