George Sugiyama wants to be socially accepted by anybody because he often gets bullied for being seen as weak and that he wants to prove to them that he could be better than that, to be more popular. However, a group of men-in-black kidnapped George after a failed suicide attempt by jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge via severe bullying only to be briefly experimented on by a mad scientist and fortunately only to be saved by a blue-haired girl, which leaves him left with a green belt that grants him powers. Therefore, bearing the "Bike Hero" persona as a superhero and with the help of a female companion, George goes on an adventure to unravel the mystery of who has wronged him in the first place and by understanding the meaning of two concepts, heroism and being one's self. Written in a poetry-like structure and inspired by Kamen Rider.
