Ancient myths are supposed to be metaphors for the societies of old - twisted, enlightened, and full of hidden meaning. Or, at the very least, be glorious and entertaining propaganda pieces. However, when the archmage Owen Magnus dug up this particular myth, he had no idea what to make of it at first...But it could make for a good bedtime story. His daughter did appreciate the gesture - until things began to get weird...
Don't look for common sense here. The main characters can't find it either.
Highly experimental style. Be warned.
