A typical bachelor Alessandro, uninterested about his life, leading a boring existence, is also burdened with the responsibility to pay a debt for his family after his father runs away. All he wanted to do now was to fulfill the debt, and let his family live in peace, and then preferably roam the world, which he was dreaming to do from a long time ago. But as luck would have it, an unanticipated encounter with an Angel of Death makes him have only a year left to live. This year ends up being full of dangerous adventures, eventful encounters and great journeys to different realms, which changes his fate.
