Jack Briggs was just an ordinary boy, until he gave a mysterious homeless man a 5$ note. This homeless man taught Jack magic and gave him a crusty spell book with some basic spells. Jack didn't want to be rude so pretended to believe the man, and followed the instructions, and found out that the man was telling the truth. Now Jack has a magic skill book that helps him do magic.
