Constantine Victorovich Ryurikov has a dream just like any other being. He has cherished desires of grandeur and altruism that he has carried from the seemingly miserable world called Earth.

After an unknown cause, he was reincarnated as one of the sons of a count. Despite their rank, they were impoverished by the standards of the nobility but wealthy by the standards of the commoners — but even then, the latter did not say much.

In his former world he admired Napoleon and the other great men of history. He had done great things by introducing the ideas of national unity through his war and conquest. His civil code still stands as his most enduring and thankless work.

He revered the man as one the symbols of progress and enlightenment rule. The seemingly incompetent and out of touch leadership of most nations fueled his desire to be a great man.

The banality of the world and news that only bring despondency — Mostly.

His nation was poor and suffered from the clutches of corruption, poverty, inequity and inequality. It is his country's sickness that he was determined to cure, even if he faced multiple enemies.

Unfortunately for him however, fate had other plans for his life...

He will not lead a glorious and a life of his dreams on Earth, he will live another. A world filled magic, monsters, and races that differed from humans. It was not too different from his own world, yet it was alien.

But he saw his great chance to make and do magnificent things that would alter the course of history in his own design.

He lived tumultuous time in the history of world; aimed where revolutions and the ideals that fueled the engines of rapid change.

In the time of chaos, Constantine plans to take advantage of it. And use the revolution as his stepping stones for his even greater desire.
