Description: [edit] [history]

The year is 1921, The Great War has come to a standstill.

All men of and over the age of 18 have been called to serve their respective nations. This includes the elderly and the crippled who have been delegated to non-essential combat roles to allow for more able-bodied men to fight.

The last remaining Great Powers of Europe that are still in the fight are France and The United Kingdom against Germany and Austria-Hungary.

The Central Powers and The Entente have agreed on a ceasefire in an attempt to diplomatically bring an end to the war. Although, neither side has the diplomatic weight to make demands, and neither has the will to swallow their pride and concede.

During this momentary interlude, both sides have taken it upon themselves to retrieve their dead that lie miles across the war-torn countryside. Meanwhile on the homefront, the Influenza Pandemic has persisted, but numbers have been dwindling with only several hotspots left across the globe.

In times as desperate as these, one can only wonder if the fighting will ever end.
