In the Kingdom of Lyonesse, the throne remains empty. Without its King in sight the many factions of the Kingdom explode into political conflicts teetering the Kingdom on the very edge of civil war. It would only take a single spark to erupt the Kingdom into bloody conflict.

Deep in the South of the Kingdom there lives a boy in a destroyed city. His parents had long died, and the rest of the remaining population shun him. The boy, Corvan, can only keep his head down in fear of his life being taken away.
