Alexander Armstrong, a young human boy that lives in a world where every human was bound by curses, was tortured and exiled by his own people, the Rosians. He soon discovers multiple illegal activities within Rosia's government. With the help of other races, Alex plots to stop Rosia and their scheme to destroy their rival country, Psycia.
