Ever since his master passed, Kai had been living a passive life with no motives of his own. Wandering the land as a swordsman in look for work, he made a living by taking odd jobs regardless of their difficulty while staying inconspicuous and concealed from a threat that hunted him.

This all changed when someone from his past reappeared and offered him a job as a......Teacher?!

With such a sudden turn of events, Kai is pulled into a world he had never expected to experience, all while dragging a baggage that would've been much better left far from the Academy's doors.
