Set in a blistered, dystopian, near future, "mankind" has been saved from annihilation by a God-Like figure from the Stars. The Sun God came and rekindled the dying sun ensuring a future for the planet.

The Sun God enforces submission of the population through the use of Solispheres. Exquisite technology that harness and emits the light of the thousand suns of his control. Every home and every public space is polluted with this oppressive mechanism; an object of divinity and as always, an object of control.

There are some, however, who are able to resist the power of the immersion.

Alecto is a beautiful, strong, intelligent young woman, employed at the very highest levels of his government, among the "15" who are allowed access to the "void" outside the city. Janus works in the maintenance of The Dam, which shields the city. Though separated at a young age, these two used to be young lovers.

Both are plagued by dreams of the old sun and its organic light; of the seasons and the beauty of contrast, which no longer exist; of the missing shades from the light of the Solisphere, which speak to them of the lie that their supposed God has told.

Their adventure of discovery is only just beginning.
