Knowing the site had to be protected at all costs, the 1st Talon Emperor constructed an imposing fortification he called the Sky Ramparts. Later simply known as the Sky-fort, the fortress dashed the hopes of every invading force for over a thousand years, and the rise of the Talon Empire was unimpeded.
