Daniel Younger was marked as a child by the Shades. Monster's from another world who steal the life essence of their victims. In order to survive, he must travel to the Otherworld and seek out the Clan Hauntry, humans who have become something else, and fight against the Shades and other monsters by channeling their Spectral Magic through their Amythesist stones.
