Shima, a man seemingly abandoned by the world, meets the friendly but dangerous Kui. Entangled by different emotions, Shima is unable to let go of his last bit of hope, so with his last shred of will to live, he decides to gamble upon this unknown man.

Will Kui be his redemption and rekindle Shi's long dying out hope or will he be the one to finally extinguishe Shima's last bit of hope? Will Shima win this dangerous bet, or lose?
