She agreed to this mission as it was simple enough, bring the book of shadows back home. Easy right? Too bad nobody knew the rune binding spells holding the angry dark god had weakened...

This is a multi-pov book but is limited to two characters: Merryn and Parcival. Most of the time they are with the other. The majority of the book is in Merryns pov. I've done the best I can to make the transitions between them as smooth as possible, and even though it breaks deep pov I always use their names in the first sentence of any chapter when there's a switch. They aren't switched for fun but to further the plot line, so only with just cause. This is Merryns storry so she starts it and will finish it.

I've been working on this story since 2017 and it has gone through many edits, revisions, and atm a complete rewrite due to the plot falling off the rails and needing correction. When it's completely done I will hire my editor again to help. :) It hasn't had good professional edit in about three years now so am sure it needs a clean-up.
