In "Sunrise Over Avalon," a Great War veteran faces a moral dilemma, in an alternate world where a zombie apocalypse happened instead of the Spanish Flu.

In "The Night Garden," a lonely young woman in a sleepy Southern town meets the man of her dreams... but her dreams are the problem.

This will be the first of several short stories I plan to post to the site. I am trying to develop the habit of writing regularly, and feeling obligated to an audience helps keep me motivated.

I gnerally love alternative history, urban fantasy, and horror stories. Occasional fantasy and science fiction.

I'm hoping to work my way up to writing a book-length narrative, and these stories are my baby steps to that goal. Happy reading!
