An script that streched the space-time continuum, an empty stage ready to be set. One adjustment by the director later, it was, simply waiting for the actors to arrive...
In the small universe of Karun, the sun mysteriously prepared to collapse in upon itself and explode. The seven most powerful people in the world came to the same descision of their own free will... or was it? Through these seven people's sacrifice, the rest of their world escaped into a new universe through the Infinite Void, renaming their new universe Naruk.
Hundreds of years later, in a different universe, an exiled outcast forcefully commandeered a matrix to traverse the Void. Damaged, it faithfully carried its passenger through the Infinite Void, searching for an uninhabited body for the outcast to occupy. It finally found one in Naruk, depositing its passenger into it, and yet, damaged from the forceful takeover, the matrix was incomplete. In a new body, the soul found itself without memories, a strange feeling of something incomplete, and a message hastily scribbled onto their floor.
Iskra might not be sure what it means to have a soul, or if she even has one at all. She doesn't know why she can see other people's souls, or why there are people chasing her, but what Iskra does know, is that no matter what it takes, she is going to get her memories back.
