A fledgling goddess botches her first attempt at entering a dream. Owen is having the nightmare of his life. High off the roller coaster ride of seeing Jesus and becoming one with the universe—and enraged after realizing it's all her fault—goes a bit too far in his teasing. Now he's dead. But there's no rest for the wicked, as Owen lives again. Punished to live out his new life in a bizarre universe, he finds himself dumped on a mysterious planet with super-duper new abilities. Ones that he really wishes he didn't have.

Like many folks, I've read one too many web novels. I must admit that they are a guilty pleasure of mine. They're fun, light hearted, and often silly. However, they are a form of literary fast food. And like all fast food, while filling, they aren't very nutritious.

Filth is the Obama Fried Chicken equivalent of a Japanese "sent to another world" / "reincarnated" light novel. A twist to an old idea, but at its core is much the same. Ultimately this is intended to be a parody of all the various light novels and general pop culture I've consumed in my life. And since I am a lover of comedy, it will primarily be focused on awkward and ridiculous situations. Enjoy.
