Currently rewriting it

It was said in the news that the Quantum Probe sent to Mars will bring progress. That it will help humanity go in space. That it will Terraform the red planet. Instead, it mixed pieces of Mars and Earth together, making both planets unrecognizable. And it gifted powers to 0.01% of the population. The Gifted ones are odd. Here, a mobster. There, a train attendant. Visiting extraterrestrials. A dog. And the only hope for humanity to survive is in their hands. Or paws.

Note to the reader:

Every single story/chapter in this novel, I've dreamt about. I have a quite vivid imagination, and some dreams, for me, feel like a movie. Others feel very real, like being in the dream and remembering memories of things that never happened. So, long story short, these are some dreams I've had the last two years. I've arranged them in a logical order, although they came quite shuffled. Amazingly enough, there are very few differences in the storylines from the dreams, only small details. I was tempted, for a while, to make this a litRPG. I feared though, to make a mess, I'm not at all good at maths and stuff. I'll leave the possibility open, just in case. I was thinking as well about making an intro about the author (from a narrator pov) writing down messages from a parallel Earth, but I've decided to keep things simpler. These are just dreams… or are they?
