What would happen if a singular entity possessed both Omnipotence and Omniscience?

-Would they become an evil tyrant and destroy all of Creation? -Would they treat all living things as mere puppets created to dance to their whims? -Would they become an ally of Justice and defend all of Creation? -Would they treat all living things as their equal, thus ensuring the prosperity of Life?
