The implications of the title are that the events take place "before dawn". The beginning of recorded time, which begins just after the fall of the weavers and the formation of the sages' guild. It also literally refers to "space" a realm, events before the first true realm.Under this book, episode one is contained within the first arc, "where we go, no one knows", This episode puts its attention on the literal aspects of the soul.Where beings and indeed species are determined by their alignment to a certain element, be it positive EM, entropy, Negative EM, or extropy, and that in turn determines their personalities, interests, and disdains.
