Ab Initio [Latin, From the beginning; from the first act; from the inception.]

A physicist encounters an accident on an orbital station and is given a second chance to live, but not everything is what it seems. He is forced into a different universe, where his only tools to get ahead are his intelligence, knowledge, and a crippled magical power. This is a story of life, death, and the struggle to become strong in a world where strength is everything and magic reigns.
