Arland is the son of a nobleman. After wandering as a child, he met a red dragon that helped him. Now a grown man, he's found her again as the target of a quest from the local guild. After reuniting, the pair celebrate but then she changes to take on a humanoid form. Now lost and wandering, completing minor quests, they must learn to accommodate each other, working with Nury's new form.
