A world parallel to our own; a deceivingly average man; a kingdom of corrupt lords and demons. Given a second chance at life, a man reborn and renamed as Ren awakens to find himself lost and alone in this new world, called by those who reside there Valentia. But a chance meeting with a beautiful vampire noblewoman and some strange ideas carried over from his home may throw what little balance this world has into a spin. As the kingdom begins to show its cracks, Ren, the noblewoman, her sister, and many others push forward to either find a path to glory - or to be consumed by the ensuing darkness.

Will Ren be able to find a new home among these new people? Or will he fall through its many cracks? This is a tale of love, war, hope, and revolution.
