<p>To most people in the world of Terra, magic is seen as something that destroys the soul.</p> <p>Gato, son of Alexander, is not most people.</p> <p>Having been flung back in time by almost a year, he now has outside context powers that would make a regular person of Terra scratch their head in confusion. However, due to a wager between two gods and a threat of certain annihilation for the sapient and sentient soul, he has his work cut out for him in proving that the use of magic is not what destroys the soul, on top of choosing what happens to the soul. Which will it be? Reincarnation?
