<p>Seth's older brother has lost his ability to use magic, so Seth takes his place at the Rosia Magic Academy determined to find a way to recover his brother's power. With the help of an isekai familiar, Seth discovers the lost power is just the tip of a dangerous secret.</p> <p>This is my first novel and I intend it to be tropey and fun, sometimes dark and serious, sometimes ridiculous, to have a little bit of mystery, and some heists. There won't be status screens or stat sheets, and I have no plans for romance. I do have an ending in mind, but it may take a little while to get there.</p> <p>About the trigger warnings: One of the point of view characters uses a lot of profanity. There will be occasional violence, but not slasher film style gore. By Royal Road definitions Traumatizing Content includes anything morally ambiguous, so heists and thievery likely qualify as may some violence. For sexual content, there will be nothing explicit, but there may be the occasional innuendo or rare lewd joke.</p> <p>Chapters average about 2k words with two chapters a week.</p> <p>Thank you for being here.</p>
