<p>Hidden by the endless slog of the day to day, the gears of industry and science march on silently. Inattentive and unnoticing, people go about their days, comforted by the easy familiarity of routine and society.</p> <p>Yet, there come moments in our history where we are struck with fantastic change: a sudden paradigm shift. Some event, technology, or information changes our understanding of both the world and the self, and the comfort that we enjoy is swept away revealing the terror of change and possibility to us once again.</p> <p>When, at random, people were blessed with supernatural talent the change we denied became incontrovertibly visible, and man was forced to reevaluate everything it thought it knew. This is the story of that struggle. The next stage of evolution begins now.</p> <p>This story simmer at a slow burn, as characters will navigate realistic challenges, and be forced to navigate the politics and struggles of being different and dangerous. The story will start with very little fantasy and sci-fi and slowly introduce more of both as the characters push their limits and discover new possibilities as they try and create a better future.</p>
