Play me a symphony painted with sanguine kisses...

Darren Hayes and Daniel Jones dropped off the radar twenty-two years ago. Have you ever wondered what happened to that cool-ass music group? How can they just disappear without a trace? The answer to that is not one that humans can imagine. The pop duo has been dragged into the underworld of the undead. They've survived this long but their relationship is hanging by the bare threads. Depression, rage, fury, and pain all thrive in this tale of blood, strife, and agony.

----

Please note that this is not a reader-insert per se. The beginning of chapter 2 is written in the second person, but the rest is written in the third person. At this point, I'm not sure I will be doing more reader-insert parts, but it will only be done to create the experience of viewing something on a website.

Be aware that while I might mention or write about Darren Hayes and Daniel Jones' relatives in this story, I am not writing about their real-life family members. All of them will be original characters with different names and personalities. I do not get invested in knowing everything about a celebrity's personal life. All I know about Darren's family is what he has stated in interviews. Again, while the family members of this fanfiction might be based on the two celebrities' real-life family members, they are not. They are all original characters.

Also, I had a little fun referencing the shows, Firebite and Supernatural. Hehe.

----

The parody, "Sanguine Symphony", was written by me. It was inspired by the song, "Tears of Pearls", written and performed by Savage Garden. The songs "Carry On Dancing", "To the Moon and Back", "A Thousand Words", "I Don't Know You Anymore", "I Knew I Loved You", and "Two Beds and a Coffee Machine" are all songs written and performed by Savage Garden. The Vampire and Human Overviews were created by me and constructed with years of research on vampire lore, and additions from my creative mind. The story was inspired by the real-life nineties group, Savage Garden, and its members, Darren Hayes, and Daniel Jones. Do not use my work.

Thank you for reading and please feel free to follow, favorite, rate, and review.
