<p> The story began when a yin-yang chasm with the size of a tower was ripped open, breaking the boundary between the two realms, exposing the people to vulnerability from the attack of Underworld monsters and beasts. The tyrant Binh An, after falling into the chasm, his mortal body died but the soul inside remained one piece and he was brought back to the mortal realm in a different body. Here, Binh An coincidentally bumps into Li Hoa in his second life, who was now the master of the body he's possessing, which forces Binh An to play the role of his disciple if he doesn't want to be exposed. As there is no way out, Binh An must learn to coexist with Li Hoa.
