<p>Yuan Ming was a simple slave from a run-down slum. Together with his lover, he did odd jobs for the White Mist Sect and earned his daily bread. Life hadn't been kind to them, but they never complained.</p> <p>However, one day, his life is broken into pieces when his lover is taken captive by a lustful old man and violated. Yuan Ming is then thrown in a forest, where he meets his doom at the hands of an eldritch entity.</p> <p>The next thing he knows, he's in the body of the same eldritch entity. Driven mad by incomprehensible whispers of its soul, he succumbs to bloodlust and summons a rift to the Dead Nether, summoning blight to the entire world.</p>
