<p> <strong> yup, this a rewrite of my story "World Step". I felt the title was a bit plain, but maybe this one is too poetic. </strong> </p> <p> the shadows grow deeper on the planet of Whorrl even as a dark, and ancient ritual takes place within the depths of <em> The Abyssal Mouth </em> – <em> Chasm </em> of both fortune and calamity. </p> <p> the story follows Quintin, a <em> Grandmaster </em> Martial Artist from Earth, as unforeseen elements conspire from the depths of space against him. </p> <p> the story begins in the moments that precede his passage to another world while he sits in quiet meditation at his late Master's monastery, and while he looks after his Junior Brother therein. </p> <p> *no Harem </p> <p> *strong MC, but by no means does he go through enemies without injury or at least learning something. </p> <p> *throw on <strong> [Horror] </strong> , and possibly <strong> [Psychological] </strong> elements. </p> <p> <strong> notes: </strong> a seed of this idea to go back and fix/enhance the beginning was planted into my mind somewhere around Chapter 20 or so, and just wouldn't leave me alone. so, here this is; a place where I'll be rewriting my story. <strong> </strong> </p>
