All the magicians call earth as "hell". To them and their worlds, which reside "out" of the earth, magic is part of the nature and they live with magic. But human erase magic, to magicians human is their source of hatred, they despise human , they see them as "demons" and would do whatever they can to annihilate them.
In magic world, magicians who commit heavy crimes were sent to earth as their punishment. They would be sent back to their home world only if they can accomplish 1 mission, to kill 100 madoushis who oppose the magic government. There no man succeed on undertaking the mission until the end.
