High school alone, with all the work, drama and overwhelming emotional turbulence it brings, is enough to make teens feel like they have their hands full. Add unnatural, irrepressible, possibly catastrophic abilities to that and you get Sam, Eddy, Rebecca, Dylan and Zac – juniors who thought they'd dealt with their extra share of strange when they find themselves dumped into a completely different world!</p> <p>How did that happen? Who is responsible? And what is this they hear about destiny and succession?</p> <p>Join the five on their journey, sure to be filled with astonishing creatures, mystical lands and life-threatening battles. A journey where they must learn how to harness their powers, as well as the principles of courage, strength and teamwork and all those other generic virtues heroes get lectured about.</p> <p>However, as the cliché goes, journeys are often not just about where you're headed, but also about what you might find along the way. In our protagonists' case, that may be something about themselves, something about each other… and perhaps just about the bonds that make it all worth it.</p> <p>Author's Note:</p> <p>Hello, everyone! 'Impulsive – Descendants of the Gifted' is a coming-of-age fantasy story that will be updated every day for now, and later on a biweekly basis. This web serial is and will remain completely free and fully accessible for everyone throughout its course. I already have a complete draft for the entire story and am simply polishing chapters as I post them, so please don't fear a discontinuation and get on board!</p> <p>My purpose is to share and discuss my work with people of similar tastes and have a good and fulfilling time here and I will do my best to post regular, high-quality chapters for you guys.
