While traveling to new and strange worlds is not a novelty for Ambros, this is the first time he finds himself alone on one, cut off from the safety net of his family and caretakers. What is a poor Arcanist to do?

This is the first story arc of Ambros's travels across the multiverse.

He will need to grow both in power and equally as important as a person to have the chance of freedom and staying alive. Perhaps more important to Ambros, staying free and alive while enjoying the amenities the multiverse offers.

With the ever-looming threat of falling thrall to those that have already garnered power be the catalyst he needs to stay strong and put his steps on the path of power?

Will he learn to maneuver the intricacies of the different societies and cultures he comes across in time to carve out a place for himself along other contenders?

Will his unique upbringing be enough to ensure his victory or hamper him in gaining supremacy?

In the face of true power, everything must bend or perish.

As his power and knowledge grow, he will start to peel back the tapestry of existence and unveil a secret as old as creation. A secret those that stand at the peak would not want him to shed light on.

Author here. I appreciate anyone going on this journey with me as I blunder through the challenges of learning to write, maybe even write something entertaining. You must forgive me for this first draft. It is not edited or well thought out.

Be warned. This storyline is long. I will not be surprised if it takes me years to finish. If you want to read a different type of story, I'm working on a novel called Outcast | Royal Road. It is a less demanding story. So when I need to relax, I'll pump out a chapter on Outcast.

I hope we can have some fun together and ideally, you will be entertained. Did I mention my dyslexia?

Note. royalroad.com is the only place I have posted my content. I will update this page if that should change.

The cover is made using Hotspot and edited by myself. One day I will have a cover commissioned by an artist.
