<p><-- One day, in 2028, Stephen Veil discovers a large, ominous, obsidian-like portal in his basement without seeing how or why it happened. Against his better judgement, he still gets closer and tentatively reaches out with his hand. That's when things get stranger, and Stephen realizes he has stumbled upon a wondrous if deadly, opportunity. An honest-to-R.O.B. blue-looking holographic system window pops before him, letting him know he found a dungeon.</p> <p>There's a hitch, however. Entry is allowed in 43h (50 after midnight, 7h hours prior), and then, once open, he has 50h until a Dungeon Breakout happens.</p> <p>Stephen is aware of the trope. He is a dedicated LARPer and RPG gamer and an avid fantasy reader. He knows perfectly what it means. An incoming apocalypse and a path to unlimited power and riches. Of course, he intends to be ready for it.</p> <p>The appearance of this dungeon also changes how he handles his personal life, from his job to his relationship with his friends. While before, he was content to live and let live, having an ordinary and comfortable routine to settle in, now he has the drive to reach for more. --></p> <p>What to expect:</p> <p>- Urban fantasy story with a wonderfully cuddly dog.</p> <p>- Dungeon delving and LitRPG - a slight amount of blue boxes</p> <p>- A slow-paced progression. The dungeon delving itself sped things up, but the general progress of the story is slow, I believe.</p> <p>- Slight romance</p> <p>- Not Harem, but several partners before committing himself. (This might change, it depends on the characters, not me)</p> <p>Schedule: At least two weekly chapters to be posted during the weekend.
