*NOTICE: Please disregard the Hiatus tag, that's just a formality from the site, this story is effectively incomplete and shelved, any attempt to continue from my part would mean rewriting from scratch. Feel free to read it nontheless if you want. Hope you have a good time anyway."I do not take credit for the setting. This story is set in the 'They are Smol' universe, written by the one, the only TinyPrancingHorse. Go check it out before you read this (and its ok if you take forever to come back here, TaS is really fun).

Personal Disclaimer:

Every and all mismanagement of the setting and lore of "They are Smol" is entirely my fault. So, if you find mistakes let me know (and feel free to laugh at them too).

Regarding the story itself:

Avafarce was inspired by James Cameron's Avatar movies, with its central idea being the transplant of three human minds into artificially grown xeno bodies. That's as far as similarities go, everything else are absurb and silly ideas that seemed fun at the time, or the light exploration of identity and other philosophical themes I'm not qualified to explore (so watch me crash and burn), all grounded within the "They are Smol" universe because it's a cool place with cool people.

About me, the writer:

I'm your conventional fanfic author, deeply knowledgeable in nothing. I got no previous experience in writing except for lots of fragmented ideas that get nowhere, stories that begun but never got started, and an awful lot of urges that impede my concentrantion during writing.

Do not be surprised if this story feels casual and superficial (at best), that's only a reflection of myself and my current writing skill. While I try my hardest to make something entertaining, I acknowledge that in my pursuit of finishing something for the first time I'm skipping details that would only benefit the story if they were added with proper care.

I happen to own books with writing tips for story planning, so technically I don't have an excuse for not planning. But, I have decided planning right now is just "put a sticky on it for continuity's sake" and then just roll with the story by aiming for consequence instead of a particular sequence, until I unlock the ending I (barely) planned for this.

Anyway, thanks for reading my rant. I hope you have a good time.

-VetuAsaber (A.K.A. LoneTarantula/Charles Chroniel)
