Immortal Martial arts.

It is often described as the road towards endless youth. Coveted by many to reach endless time, and while some may have indeed fulfilled their wish. It was probably not important in the grand scheme of the universe, for it houses endless destinies.

Allan, a regular mortal with a mysterious father of an unknown past, spent the past 10 years learning his father's craft and experiencing the joy of youth until the brutal reality of war reached his own home. The shocking sights, moments, and secrets he finds amidst the chaos, are just the start of the path.

Even more surprises cause despair and helplessness to overlap in his mind, as his vision blinks to nothingness. A strange dark world, before a sweet voice of a girl, wakes him up.

A play of individuals of far-reaching realities forced him, involuntarily or not, to decide to walk the path of the non-ordinary, while he must try to remain himself, for his beliefs and promises, and most importantly, what he promised to himself.

Chapters are currently in the Monday - Friday schedule. 2000+ words, while the ongoing 3rd arc is around 2500 on average. Releases may differ weekly because of IRL stuff {job} I post comments about scheduling on a weekly basis through my most recent releases in the author's notes.

So far, the only place I upload on RoyalRoad.com. With the second, place being on scribblehub

Cover made by AI generator.

BIG NOTE! This story has depictions of gore and trauma, with descriptions of blood and death. It is described in detail since I am a sadistic author who likes to see my MC or other characters suffer. Just joking! No. No. Just expect a not-so-pleasant world, since it is brutal out there.

Profanities are whatever at this point. English has not that many of them anyway, but my usage of them is... considerable.

What you will find here are the following points in parts of the arcs. Some have them, others don't.

- Story from a mortal perspective, with the premise of going against the bigger picture. Good old xianxia, but not as stereotypical as well.

- No harem as I don't like it as a reader that much and as a writer... even more so.

- Fighting whenever it is important.

- A love interest that will shape the main character.

- Pets? Kind of...

- Quite a bit of dialogue and lots of character interactions. Be it the main character or the surrounding characters around him. Past tense with 3rd person style.

- Forging and crafting in many parts. MC is the son of a blacksmith. Weapons such as spears, shafts, staff, swords, and bare fists with some twists will be wielded against enemies or friends.

- War and military action.

- Cultivation in the later parts of the story as the world of mortals is not so easygoing.

- Slower pace because of all the above.

What will you, or may not, unfortunately, find here?

- Subjectively lesser quality work of second-language reader/writer of English with the hope of improvement.

- Overreaching plot that will undoubtedly take a very long time to finish. Pacing will move at a slower speed of the arcs.

- Wordy descriptions with sometimes, longer chapters. I am editing and rewriting the old chapters while releasing new ones. The base story remains the same, but the grammar-spelling and whatnot are changing... though, slowly. {hopefully for the better.

The beginning of the novel is more steady and slower-paced with a lot of exposition for plot reasons which will shape up the mystery and road of the MC.

29th chapter and upwards is a second start after the harsh problems of his youth prior to the earlier story.

Some comments and reviews about the pacing and grammar would be appreciated because there is no one I could share this with apart from strangers on the internet. Thank you for reading this far and I hope you will give this a try.
