However, out of nowhere, a massive meteor appeared beyond the skies, set on a collision course toward Earth. With fear taking control of his body, he tried to run away from it. Then again, who wouldn't?</p> <p>But up against a massive meteor, what was the outcome?</p> <p>Failure.</p> <p>Death.</p> <p>Despair.</p> <p>Such emotions lingered in Adam's mind as eternal darkness enveloped him, prompting him to wonder if there was a way for him to make things right. To redeem his cowardice. To at least get one last chance to see his parents again.</p> <p>Fortunately, it did not take long for him to get his answer.</p> <p>Being brought out of the darkness, a goddess gave him an offer he could not resist. After all, who wouldn't reject a second shot at life in another world, a world where he had a system? A world where he could obtain the ability to revive his parents? As such, Adam accepted the choice… only to find out not long after that he had not been reincarnated as a human, but instead, a pebble.</p> <p>A goddamn pebble.</p> <p>Now what was he going to do with that realization? Wallow in despair once more?
