After The Fall everything changed. Monsters, demons, extra-terrestrial events, all sorts of things happened all over the world. The worst part, the superpowers. Humans started to... Gain abilities. There wasn't one reason why humans gained powers. They just did. Martial arts books that previously never worked started to, weird science experiments gone wrong, sometimes they just randomly did. Powers don't have much explanation. The Fall didn't just bring "fun" stuff to the world. It also brought elves. And elves fucking suck.

They came from the depths of the Wyoming mountains and they came armed. They had all the same magic and superpowers that humans did but they came with ten more years of experience and they came hungry for war. They coudln't be stopped until they had taken the whole entire west coast and they would've taken the east coast if it wasn't for the intervention of... superheroes.

Legitimate fucking God's among men. The most powerful heroes imaginable. Wielding forces beyond comprehension. They quickly mopped up the elvish threat and established peace in the world and all was well...

Sike

They aren't dictators... Quite. Whatever doesn't really matter.

This is a world of superheros and supervillains.

Jules Jalsgard is on the run. He's stolen an object worth over a billion dollars from his Boss, the superpowered (and superevil) mob boss Farnswall. This object? A card from a mystical deck of cards created by one of the strongest (now dead probably) superheroes ever.

Then he died, then he didn't (very superhero'y), anyways, now he's back and better than ever and he has a card game system in his head. (Similar to Hobo King/ Ace of Something on Spacebattles I forget what it's called. It's kinda similar though not really. Anyways if you like Worm read those. I'm not really copying Ace of Something or Hobo King, it's a different vibe.) Anyways this universe isn't really similar to Worm, just has superheroes. Yay superheroes
